Need to route SMTP traffic through static interface (not default route)

Hi,

Apologies if this has a solution on the NG but I had a search, and
couldn't quite work it out.

I have a Cisco 2610 with a ADSL WIC and a FE module. There are 2 x
internet connections: static IP on the ADSL, and a cable modem into
Eth0/0. The Static is a metered line so all traffic goes out over
cable. I have NAT rules directing mail from outside to an SMTP server
internally. This all works ..

SIP Authentication methods available?

I have an AS-5300 used by several SIP phones (mostly through Asterisk)
to dial from VoIP-land to POTS-land. My current "authentication"
method is rather draconian, poor and inflexible: I just played with
the routing tables to make sure that the only phones that can have IP
connectivity with the voice gateway are those in certain subnets.

Now, I would like to move up to something that p ..

Buy Locally

Since most of us here are small or medium size contractors that basically
does business with our neighbors we would basically like people to, "buy
locally." As some of you may know I recently erected a metal building.
While it was finishing up I had not one, not two, but three different
overhead door contractors cotact me about providing doors. Not a single one
of them has actually provided even generla pricing much less an actual
quote. I guess I go on-line quote the doors an ..

When It Comes To Broadband, U.S. Plays Follow The Leader

The United States often views itself as a paragon of technology innovation and deployment. In some cases, that view is correct, but not when it comes to broadband deployment, where the country lags considerably behind other major nations. Here's why.

Ademco Keypad not working after extended power outage

I have a Ademco Vista 20SE system with two keypads (M6673). Following a
winter power outage of 4 days, one of the two keypads doesn't work,
however the system works fine with the other keypad.

I verified that the keypad is the issue by switching the two keypads
(dismount from wall and swap) so I am confident that all wiring is
fine.

On power up, the bad keypad turns on all LCD indications, lights both
the LEDS (red Green) and then blanks the LCD display. The keypad
responds by beeping o ..

Native VLAN

I'm in the process of creating VLAN 2 on a 2950 to give guest

3745 with subinterfaces and the 2950 F0/1 as a trunk.

By default, VLAN 1 is the native VLAN now. If all the 2950 p ..
