How to reset the Lynteck Nexus 8 Alarm

Hi everyone,

I've just moved house and the previous tenant has not given me the code
for the Lynteck Nexus 8 alarm that is fitted into the house. Does
anyone out there know if there is a special reset code I can enter, or
anything else I can do to in order to make my own code and start using
the alarm for myself?
