cannot ping from subnet A to subnet B for a specific host

Hi
I cannot ping 192.168.5.149 from 192.168.11.65 and vice-versa.
The gateway for 192.168.5.149 is 192.168.5.1 and for 192.168.11.65 the
gateway is 192.168.11.253
