Dot1x Mac-Auth-Bypass

Hello,

i am testing the Dot1x Mac-Auth-Bypass feature on my 3560 and don=B4t
know how to set up this "radius server database". Could this only be
set up on cisco acs or also on other radius servers like IAS ?
