Cisco 837-k9-64 router sometimes crashes during boot

I have a Cisco 837-k9-64 router that sometimes crashes during boot (after
power-on or after a reload command). If left to run after a successful boot,
it is stable and reliable.

Partial output from the crashinfo file is as follows. Any suggestions as to
likely causes?
