Email to fax provider, any recommendations or suggestions?

Looking for an Email-2-Fax supplier. Net2phone is charging 25 dollars
and required you to fax every 90 days to avoid having balance deleted.
Typical fax to Europe is 49 cent per page while Skype is about 2ct per
minute for voice calls.

Do you know of any provider not charging for inactivity or who have
more down to earth prices, 49ct is even worse than most TelCo's?
